salesEQUITY-Transparent-Q-Icon-Logo-Image-02ACTON, MA., MAY 7, 2018 — salesEQUITY, Inc. has announced the appointment of Eric Hedman as Chief Technical Architect and VP of Engineering. Eric assumed responsibilities in March of 2018.

Eric bring more than 20 years’ experience in technology leadership roles, including founder, with early stage companies spanning internet music, network security, and mobile technologies with emphasis on secure, scalable, hosted consumer-facing applications.

Prior to salesEQUITY, Eric was Chief Architect and VP of Engineering at RightNetworks, LLC where he was responsible for defining long-term architecture focused on scalability, elasticity, and automation.

Eric also led the development of products and services at EstateWorks, a SaaS solution providing workflow management for estate planning and settlement, and Mobot Inc., a startup developing image recognition applications for mobile devices. Earlier in his career, Eric held technical leadership positions at Raptor Systems Inc., a network security/firewall provider, at Open Market Inc., a pioneer in internet commerce and internet security technologies, and at Vicorp Technologies an interactive voice system provider.

In his role as VP of Engineering and Chief Technical Architect, Eric’s primary focus will be to position salesEQUITY for next phase of growth. Eric holds an MBA, a Masters of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
